High-Frequency Drying Equipment
Radio frequency (RF) drying technology leverages the polar motion of water molecules under a high-frequency electric field, causing intense collisions within the material to facilitate moisture evaporation from the inside out. Unlike traditional direct heating drying methods, it offers advantages such as high efficiency, uniform drying, wide adaptability, minimal damage to the dried material, and precise moisture regain control. It is suitable for automated control. The penetrability of the electromagnetic field imparts a certain puffing effect to the dried material, significantly improving its elasticity, softness, and hand feel. Particularly for light-colored fabrics, the color effect after drying is more ideal.

Vacuum Drying Equipment
Vacuum drying is a combined drying method integrating high-frequency dielectric heating and low-temperature vacuum drying. It is a fast and nearly waste-free drying method, especially suitable for drying hardwood and thick lumber.
High-Frequency Heating
Also known as high-frequency dielectric heating, it converts ordinary 380V AC power into a high-frequency electromagnetic field through voltage boosting and rectification. High-frequency heating is achieved via supporting equipment equipped with anode and cathode plates. As a penetrative heating method, moisture in the electric field is heated uniformly—areas with higher moisture content absorb more high-frequency energy, while areas with lower moisture content absorb only a small amount. This ensures efficient utilization of the output power. Since media such as wood or fibers are non-polar, they barely absorb the electric field, resulting in almost no waste of high-frequency power, maximizing energy savings and reducing drying costs.
Advantages of Vacuum Drying Equipment
- Constant heating temperature accelerates drying rate when vacuum degree is increased; constant vacuum degree accelerates drying rate when heating temperature is raised.
- Simultaneously increasing both vacuum degree and heating temperature leads to a significant acceleration of the drying rate.
- Heating media can be hot water, steam, or thermal oil.
- The inner wall of the dryer features arc transitions to avoid hygiene dead corners and prevent condensed solvent droplets from falling into the first-layer material tray and contaminating the material.
- At the customer’s request, a plate heat exchanger can be configured to increase heat exchange area and enhance drying efficiency.
- Due to the low temperature of the inner wall of the tank, condensation may form on the material after drying. Therefore, the top of the tank is equipped with a coil heating system to maintain the temperature of the inner wall.
