• Unit capacity covers 700 to 2,600 pallet positions. It will accommodate a full truck load of custom size pallet in most cases.  supporting single-layer or double-layer stacking layouts to meet diverse production capacity requirements;
• The main body adopts an aluminum + stainless steel composite structure, with corrosion-resistant properties from the frame to the panels, significantly extending the service life of the equipment;
• The overhead fan system is equipped with multiple motor + fan combinations, achieving high-velocity air circulation inside the kiln and ensuring thermal field uniformity;
• Wide-format kiln design (compared to traditional long and narrow models) not only shortens the drying/heat treatment cycle but also reduces the difficulty of loading operations;
• Equipped with sliding or hinged doors, balancing loading/unloading convenience and space utilization, suitable for different workshop layouts;
• Multi-scenario compatibility: capable of drying or heat treating pallets, lumber, and firewood, with one equipment meeting the needs of multiple types of materials.

Intelligent Control System

Full-automatic unattended operation, which can independently complete the operation process after starting the program:

• Automatically shuts down upon completion of the cycle, no manual on-site supervision required;
• Equipped with a PLC + intelligent software system, featuring an intuitive and user-friendly operation interface, supporting data report and curve visualization export for easy production record-keeping and compliance tracking;
• Equipped with material core temperature probes to real-time monitor the internal temperature of materials, accurately meeting the requirements of quarantine standards;
• Dry bulb and wet bulb dual-temperature control technology enables more precise temperature and humidity regulation, adapting to the drying/heat treatment processes of different materials.

Heating System

• Supports multi-energy adaptation solutions, allowing you to choose the most suitable heating form on demand: compatible with gas, steam, or hot water;
• Adoptsmodulating valves/burners to achieve precise control of the internal temperature of the kiln, ensuring consistent drying/heat treatment results and optimizing energy utilization;
• System capacity is customized according to production needs to maximize the shortening of the operation cycle;
• Gas heating supports both indirect and direct combustion modes, flexibly selected according to the equipment scale to balance cost and efficiency.
