Grinding Cabinet

1.Equipment Structural Features

1.1 Pulse Cartridge Grinding Cabinet

The equipment has been fully assembled and tested before leaving the factory. It adopts an internal circulation mode and, compared with traditional dust collectors, does not require complex ductwork. During installation, the equipment only needs to be positioned in place, followed by minor inspection and debugging before it can be put into operation. Due to the absence of exhaust ducts, it saves installation space.

  • Highly adaptable design—the dust collector can accommodate a wide range of fluctuations in dust-laden gas properties and can be customized according to user requirements.
  • Special structural design combined with strict selection of filter materials and components ensures compliance with extremely stringent environmental standards, with emissions guaranteed to be below 30 mg/m³.
  • Optimized inlet and outlet duct design, equipped with internal airflow distribution devices to ensure uniform airflow distribution.
  • Leak-proof design minimizes the dust collector’s air leakage rate to less than 4%.
  • Fully steel split-structure design facilitates transportation and installation while ensuring manufacturing precision.
  • Compartmentalized pulse three-state cleaning technology ensures optimal cleaning intensity and effectiveness.
  • Automatic cleaning system during shutdown ensures the dust collector always operates in the best condition.
  • Proprietary nonlinear equalizing static pressure spray pipe ensures uniform blowing.
  • Long service life design—the main equipment is designed and manufactured for a lifespan of over 10 years.
  • Low operating costs—optimized process parameter design promotes low-resistance, high-efficiency, and stable operation, reducing system energy consumption while effectively minimizing filter wear and maintenance efforts.
  • Use of high-quality components enhances operational reliability and reduces maintenance workload.
  • All filter materials and accessories are of high quality, with an average filter cartridge lifespan typically exceeding 24 months.
  • Dust collection can be achieved in two ways: drawer type.

1.2 Pulse Cartridge Grinding Cabinet

The side panels, base plate, and internal partitions of the grinding cabinet are made from galvanized sheets bent and assembled with bolts. This design ensures the necessary structural strength while providing higher manufacturing precision and reducing thermal stress deformation compared to welding. To guarantee sealing effectiveness, sponge rubber strips with adhesive are applied between modular steel plates, preventing air leakage or dust spillage during operation.

All steel plates and profiles are made from galvanized materials, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The intake grille is constructed from aluminum alloy profiles, featuring quick-connect fixation for easy disassembly and installation.

1.3 Filter Cartridges

Advantages of Dust Filter Cartridges:
Corrosion-resistant, pressure-resistant, high dirt-holding capacity, high filtration precision, strong adsorption capability, low clogging probability, excellent moisture resistance, reusable after cleaning, effective sealing, high tear resistance, long service life, cost-effective, and regenerable.

Another advantage of dust filter cartridges is their low tendency to clog. They can be cleaned multiple times, allowing for repeated cycles of use, which conserves energy. The cartridges are manufactured using a satin weaving method for the filter material, achieving a fine filtration precision of 0.1 μm, making them highly effective at capturing even minute dust particles.

    2. Working Principle

The GSB-MC-4000 dry dust processor utilizes filter cartridges as the filtering elements. Developed based on the application of older dust collectors and investigations into the production conditions across various industries, this new product has gained user favor for its optimal operational parameters—high air volume, high efficiency, low pressure, and low resistance loss. It features advanced technology, compact structure, compliant emissions, small footprint, low investment cost, and low operating expenses.

This grinding cabinet adopts a bottom-suction and top-exhaust internal circulation working mode. The design principle focuses on meeting production process requirements while prioritizing the working environment for grinding operators, atmospheric emission standards, equipment reliability, and ease of operation and maintenance, thereby improving the working conditions in the operational area.

The dry dust collector has been developed by our company through years of operational experience, incorporating the advantages of traditional domestic dust collectors and undergoing continuous improvements. It is mainly used in industries such as furniture manufacturing, food processing, metallurgy, chemical engineering, machinery manufacturing, and foundry operations. After dust-laden air is filtered by the cartridges, clean air is discharged by the induced draft fan. During operation, dust gradually accumulates on the filter cartridges, increasing resistance. Regular cleaning is required (which can be reduced by the built-in pulse reverse blowing function). After cleaning, the dust collector resumes normal operation.

    3. Control System

    3.1 Functions

Individual start/stop control for each unit and motor overload protection can be achieved.

    3.2 Protection System

In the event of a fault, the control system immediately and automatically cuts off power to related equipment to prevent accidents.

3.3 Composition of the Control System

The control system consists of a control cabinet, control components, and cables/wiring.

The control cabinet serves as the core control unit of the equipment, equipped with a power switch, start/stop controls for the grinding chamber exhaust fan, operational indicators, fault indicators, etc.

The pulse controller is the main control device for the dust collector’s blowback cleaning. Its output signals control the electromagnetic pulse valves to cyclically clean the filter cartridges, ensuring the dust collector’s processing capacity and dust collection efficiency.

This product allows adjustable pulse interval, pulse width, number of output channels, and cycle interval. Data can be displayed via a digital tube, and the number of output channels can be adjusted as needed. Most components of this product are imported, offering higher performance than similar market products, making operation more intuitive and simpler while ensuring greater stability.

It incorporates unique anti-interference technology to ensure stable and reliable operation even in the harshest industrial environments. It features buttons and emergency stop buttons, equipped with overheating protection.
